November 21, 2015 is our most traditional event of the year. The Change Of Watch. In nautical terms, the Change Of Watch ceremony is a time-honored naval tradition, which formally restates the continuity and authority of command and is unique in the world today. It involves the transfer of responsibility, authority and accountability from one individual to another.

Please join the celebration to say goodbye and thank you to DBYC's 2015 Governing Board and welcome and watch  DBYC's 2016 Governing Board of Directors be sworn in.
